I have been aware that our septic tank needed pumping and was way overdue. I knew that if I didn’t act quickly, then I could have a problem that was very expensive to fix. I called around to shop prices and learned that not all companies are the same. Some of the companies will give you a start at price and fail to give details. From the first moment Lynn answered the phone at Septic Solutions, I felt very comfortable. She was so informative and a pleasure to speak to. She explained the fee and EXACTLY what that price entailed. I hung up only to call right back because of her. I asked when they could fit me in and I was amazed when she said the same day! Steve was out in no time and explained everything he was doing and even taught me important information and tips on how to keep my system working efficiently. Everything he did was run by me first along with the benefit of it and I was not pressured to do anything. They have a wonderful bacteria treatment that I wanted to get but couldn’t right now and Steve offered to drop it by when I was ready! Steve and his brother make a great team along with the wonderful customer service of Lynn. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable company and good, honest employees to do the job!! Kudos guys, I appreciate it
